Music Time Bank Membership Agreement
Terms and Conditions
By registering with the Music Time Bank you will be asked to agree with the following conditions. These conditions only become active once you have begun using our facilities.
The reason for this agreement is to protect yours and others work. Our primary concern is copyright and just payment.
Because we are a non-profit organization and do not ask for membership fees we maintain our facilities for future sustainability by asking our members to pay a percentage of any monetary revenue generated using Music Time Bank facilities.
You pay a small percentage once you have made money so that others may continue to use our services and facilities in future.
These percentages vary depending on the facilities you use, details of which are available on our website and will be made clear to you before you use each facility.
1) All members are legally responsible for their actions and under no circumstances will MELTS LTD be responsible for their actions.
2) All members must agree to respect the privacy of fellow members, and will endeavour to maintain a professional working relationship in all their productions.
3) All members must agree that one hour of their time is equal to one hour of any other individual participating in Music Time Bank and will be measured accordingly.
4) Secondary composition is to be taken into consideration when compiling a songwriter.s agreement. (See FAQ for details).
To ensure complete security we advise you keep copies of original work along with songwriter.s agreements for work produced in partnership with other members, we also advise copies are sent to Music Time Bank music library for copyright reference.
Final copies of recorded music can be sent to our music library. Methods of doing this are available on our website .
5) All members must agree that any work produced using the Music Time Bank resources will be subject to copyright law and will not infringe upon this. .
6) All members must agree that in using a musician from the search database and trading using Time Credits, that five per cent of any revenue made using these facilities is due and must be made payable to the Music Time Bank.
7) All members must agree that the Music Time Bank owns the information held in the Music Time Bank database and will only knowingly pass on this information to external agencies when agreement is made with the person(s) the information is about.
8) All members must agree to represent them self honestly to other Music Time Bank members and that what they have written about them self for their Music Time Bank profile page is true to the best of their knowledge. .
9) All members must agree to treat other Music Time Bank members with equal respect regardless of race, appearance, sex, sexual preference or Musical style.

I agree to these terms and wish to be a member of Music Time Bank and understand if I violate any of the above my membership may cease.
