Music Timebank

We aim to provide a watertight method of producing your own music whilst working with other people, without having to compromise your style or preferred genre. And a new and interesting way to meet like-minded people with musical aspirations.

Using our newly developed techniques, your own experience and imagination you can produce music of a professional standard quickly in a relaxed ethical professional working environment.

The method we have set up to do this is M.E.L.T.S (music economy local trade supplements).

The idea behind this project is that one hour of your time as a music maker is of exactly equal value to an hour of any other music makers, for instance, a songwriter, instrumentalist, promoter or recording engineer. But the timebank is more than just a database recording transactions between musicians, it is the hub of our Community. Here you can both interact and collaborate with other musicians to produce your own music using the unique Music Melts system.
